 The International Day of Families, on every 15th May, is an occasion to celebrate the importance of families, people, societies and cultures around the world. It has been held every year since 1995.

                                  

Book Day

 

International Day of the Book is a yearly event on 23

 th April, organized to promote reading.

 The connection between 23th April and books was 

first made in 1923  in Spain to honour the author

 Miguel de Cervantes, who died on that day.
